Update…
Last Tuesday Jade took her test to get her white belt in Tae Kwon Do and she PASSED!!! She was really excited because she got to break a board with her foot!
Jade is currently in the hospital. She came in last Wednesday (Jan. 27th) and we were hoping to get her out by Saturday, but unfortunately she got a fever. We are now waiting for her counts to come back so we can break her out of here! 
She got to room with her buddy Lauren again. They had lots of fun painting lady bugs on their heads! Jade had 7 little ones and Lauren had one big one.
For some reason every time we come into the hospital it snows and Jade hasn’t been able to get out and play in it. So last night I decided to bring the snow to her! The nurses gave me a big bucket and I went out and got a bunch of snow! She made a little snow man with the help of some of the nurses! (Pictures below)

My Dad will be at the hospital on Tuesday for an operation; maybe my Mom and I can pay you a visit? Are there any movies you want? I can bring a few. My Mom could also likely use a nail appointment and you’re SO overdue on cutting my hair, but I’m not sure we can do the haircut in the hospital
I’m beginning to look a little bit like a caveman with all this hair.

Hello Jade! My long delay in posting a note is due to a trip to India.
It was 72 degrees in Bengaluru so the deep snow in DC was a shock! I had to carry my suitcases on my head just to get up the driveway in Leesburg.
Romeo went beserk seeing me & even crazier when he saw the snow. I am unable to get the cars out of the garage so I am snowbound in my own neighborhood. I love the snowman — the blue eyes look like yours — not sure about the resemblance of your nose to the carrot! It was a genius idea of your Mom’s to bring the snow to you — a little bit of winter wonderland in your room. I love you, Patty

Well I am in the hospital as well because I had surgery but I’m getting out soon… Can you believe all this snow???? I love your mini snowman!! You are such an artist!

I hope that the snow is melting? My goodness you have seen so much snow! This week it snowed a little bit, the kids were really excited, it didn’t stick around too long.
